User Instruction for 101-Type 202-Type Electric Thermostatic Drying Oven
I. Purpose and performance of the electric drying oven
The upmost working temperature of the drying oven is 300℃ (special high temperature oven can be customized) for the use of various trial products. It is applicable for the baking, drying, and heat processing, as well as other heating processes for industry and lab (the articles with volatile shall not be put inside the drying oven for it may result in explosion).
The working temperature of the drying oven can be raised from the room temperature to the upmost temperature. During this scope, the temperature can be selected flexibly. After selection, the automatic control system can be adopted to maintain constant temperature inside the oven.
202-Type drying oven work chamber takes the proportion of the cool and heated air to dynamically form the convection and make the indoor temperature be more even.
101-Type drying oven work chamber is installed with a fan to help to form air convection.
This drying oven is of refined structure, sensitive and correct temperature control performance, and easy operation procedures. It can be used in various factories and scientific research institutes.
II. Structure description
The drying oven is made of thin steel sheet. There's one work chamber for placing trial products inside the oven. And the work chamber is installed with a trial product shelf on which the trial products can be dried. If the trial product is comparatively large, the shelf can be removed. The heat preservation layer between the work chamber and the shell of the oven takes silicate cotton or perlite as the heat preservation materials. There's also a glass door or view port among the oven doors for the view of the working status inside the oven.
This type of drying oven adopts advanced TEA apparatus for automatic adjustment. The thermocouple stretches into the work chamber with sensitive performance. The electric operated devices of all the controllers and electric heaters are controlled by apparatus. The side door of the control room can be disassembled for check or circuit repair.
The electric heaters are installed under the work chamber inside the oven. It is of two groups, namely the "high temperature and low temperature", and has the indication lights. If the green light is on, it shows that the heater is working and the oven is heating. If the red light is off, it shows that the heating is stopped.
III. Using instruction
Preparation before using:
1. This oven shall be installed at the dry and level indoor place. It doesn't need other fixing device.
2. A knife switch shall be installed in the power supply circuit for the special use of the oven; and the conducting line which is twice thick as the power supply cable shall be taken for grounding.
3. Before connecting to the power supply, the electric performance of the oven shall be firstly inspected. And special attention shall be paid on the inspection of the open circuit or creepage.
4. When all preparation work is done, the trial product can be put inside. And the door can be closed. The exhaust valve can be released if necessary with about 10m/m space.
5. Side door can not be disassembled randomly. And the circuit shall not be disturbed or changed. The side door can only be disassembled when this oven is of fault. And the circuit shall be inspected one by one. Please contact us if there's any major fault.
Using after connecting to power supply:
1. When it is connected to the power supply, the heating switch can be started. And then, the knob of the temperature controller can be rotated from "0" position to "100" clockwise. The oven temperature starts to rise and the indication light indicates at this time.
2. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, rotate till the green indication light turns off, and then micro adjust till the green indication light turns on again. The boundary point of the indication light turning-on/off is the constant temperature point. At this time, the knob can be adjusted slightly till the green indication light turns off to make it be constant temperature (the temperature is likely to go on rising when it is at the constant temperature situation because of the waste heat. And this phenomenon will last for about half an hour and then, the oven will be at stable situation). When the room temperature is constant (i.e. "constant temperature status), the temperature controller can be adjusted slightly to make it reach correct degree. This method can be used for selecting any working temperature.
3. When it is of constant temperature, one group of heating switches can be closed, leaving only one group of electric heater working, thus to avoid the affect on the sensitivity of the oven due to over power.
4. When it reaches the required temperature, it can be made to perform a certain period of constant temperature environment according to the test requirement. During this period, the temperature controller inside the oven can be taken to automatically control the temperature without manual management.
IV. Notes
1. This oven is of non-anti-explosive type so that the flammable or volatile articles shall not be put inside the drying oven thus to prevent explosion.
2. This product is made in metal sheet with plat paint at the external surface. Its work chamber is painted with high temperature silver paint as the anti-corrosive layer so that the paint layer shall not be damaged for it may result in corrosion of the oven body.
3. The average load of the trial product shelf is 15kg so that the placement of the trial products shall not be too dense or overloaded. Meanwhile, the radiating board shall not be placed with any trial product or other articles for it may affect the heated air convection.
4. Before using the oven, the installation position for each heating wire must be inspected to prevent overlapped heating wires or collision that may result in accidents.
User introduction for 101-1~4 Type 202—0~2 Type Automatic Thermostatic Drying Oven
I. Oven body structure
101-1~4 Type 202—0~2 Type Automatic Thermostatic Drying Oven produced by our factory: the oven body is made in thin steel sheet with the heat preservation materials being stuffed in the interlayer. Two blocks of mobile steel wire halftone are equipped within the work chamber. The oven is painted in multiple colors which make it beautiful and elegant. 101-Type drying oven is installed with fan. The air in the work chamber takes the advantage of the fan to form mechanical convection thus to make the temperature of all the points in the chamber be more even.
II. Purpose
This oven is applicable for the baking and drying for all the non-explosive, non-corrosive, and non-flammable substances within the scope of room temperature to 300℃; and the processing that shall be performed under constant temperature environment, such as sanitizing, fostering, hatch, and burgeoning, etc. Therefore, no matter in agriculture, industry, medicine, and lab fields, this oven can be widely used.
III. Features
In order to improve the temperature sensibility and stability performance and reduce the thermal capacity of the temperature sensing elements themselves, this oven adopts TEA or automatic temperature adjustment function to make the adjustment be more convenient and sensitive.
The electric circuit design of this oven is applicable for the fluctuated voltage of the power supply to maintain normal work within the power supply voltage scope of 180V-230V.
IV. Operation instruction
1. For installation of the oven, the conducting wire must be grounded. The conducting wire of grounding must be fixed tightly to the iron stick on the ground with screws to achieve good contact.
2. The power supply end should be equipped a with knife switch or similar switch; the voltage should be checked to see whether it is suitable; the power supply wire and fuse corresponding to the specification should connected according to the current calculated based on gross power.
3. When the required point of constant temperature is fixed, the article to be processed can be placed on the movable shelf in the oven. Then turn on the power supply on the left of the door and the green indicator light will be on. After this, the temperature in the oven will rise regularly to the required constant temperature and the red indicator light will be off and on. In a long while, the red and green indicator light will be on alternately. At this point, the temperature in the oven has reached the required constant temperature point.
4. When the required constant temperature is below 150℃, the switch of high and low temperature on the left of the oven should be switched to “low temperature”; when it is over150℃, the switch should be switched to “high temperature”. The temperature at various points in the oven can be comparatively even by using the switch of high and low temperature correctly.
V. Notes
1. The oven is non-explosion proof type, therefore, to prevent exploration, the corrosive articles and flammable and explosive material can’t be dried in the oven.
2. When the oven is in function, the voltage of power must match the rated voltage of the oven, or the electronic instruments in the oven will be damaged.
3. Don’t remove and disassemble the parts, or the electrical lines in the oven may be damaged.
4. The oven can’t be used in the ambient temperature over 45℃.
5. If there is fault in the oven, it should be repaired by the electrician familiar with the electrical instruments.

VI. Protection and maintenance
1. Before application, check whether the power voltage matches with the rated operation voltage of the oven to avoid unnecessary damages.
2. The oven must not be placed in the corrosive environment containing acid and alkaline to prevent the electrical parts from being damaged.
3. When the oven needs to be moved, it should be moved as carefully as possible to avoid violent shake which may cause the connection points of internal electrical wires to get loose.
4. Attention should be paid to protecting the paining finish of the oven. The damaged finish may not only affect the appearance of the oven but shorten the service life of the oven.

To enable the users to check and repair the common faults of the oven, the solutions of some faults are shown as follows:
① Power on the oven and the green indicator light is on. If, after a while, the temperature fails to rise, check whether the joints of heating wire at the bottom of the oven get loose or burned to be broken. Replace the heating wire when necessary.
② If, after powering on, the green director light is not on and there is no connection sound from contactor, it should be checked whether the voltage in application matches with the model of the machine or whether connections of wire get loose during transportation.
③ Model 101 is equipped with a fan motor. If fan is not started when switch is at the position of blowing, check the connection screws of motor to see whether the connection spring is missing. If everything is in normal condition and blowing is still not started, turn off the power and turn the motor for a stroke with hands to see whether the blades are stuck. It the blades are in normal conditions, send for an electrician to check the line.
